The Origin
K&N Elite was born over a decade ago with a simple yet radical premise: the luxury market on the Costa Blanca needed fewer sales agents and more wealth advisors.
We observed that high-level clients demanded a level of discretion, legal auditing, and aesthetic curation that the traditional agency model could not provide. Since then, we have operated as a high-performance real estate boutique, exclusively managing the most exceptional assets in the province.
